Customer may return new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, except during the December holiday period. Items bought during the holiday period will have an extended return period; the holiday period starts on the 1st of November and ends on the 31st of December. Items purchased during this period are eligible for a full refund if received by January 31st.
Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The buyer will need to pay for the return shipments; return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of merchant error.
All refunds go to the original purchaser. A full refund will be due provided the return is received within the return window. Items valued at over $75.00 must be returned with trackable shipping service. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to accept your return.
Replacements and exchanges are not supported; customers can return their original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.
Gift Cards and items classified as hazardous materials are not returnable. Please contact us directly for issues concerning these items.
Instructions on how to return items:
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Name, Order ID, item(s) you wish to return.
- Print the returns slip and the shipping label provided in a link found in the reply email.
- Include the returns slip inside the box and affix the shipping label to the box
- Ship package
You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed.
